Investor handbook

Everything, in one document.

Who we are, what you would own, what you receive and when, what it costs, what can go wrong — and a step-by-step guide to running your own account. Written to be read once, properly, by somebody who has never heard of us.

Investor Handbook A4 · print or save as PDF

Why investors choose us

What you actually get.

Not a promise wrapped in financial language. A clear view of what you are investing in, what you receive, how your investment is recorded, and what you can see from your account. AssetPeak gives investors two ways to participate: Invest through the Fund — one diversified, audited fund spanning real estate, cocoa and vineyards. Acquire directly — purchase a qualifying asset in your own name, with the option to place it under AssetPeak management or manage it yourself.

A title of your own.

With a direct acquisition, you acquire a specific qualifying property with ownership registered in your name. AssetPeak can manage the asset for you after acquisition, but management is optional.

Direct acquisition, from $500,000.

One fund. Three real-asset pillars.

The AssetPeak Capital Fund brings together three areas of investment: real estate, cocoa and vineyards.

Real estate spans residential, hospitality and industrial assets. Cocoa operations focus primarily on production and export. Vineyard operations focus on wine production and export, with selected hospitality opportunities.

The Fund is diversified across these pillars rather than requiring investors to choose one.

From $5,000.

We run the property. You do not.

Buy a property outright and you may place it under our management. We furnish it, market it, vet the tenant, sign the lease, collect the rent, handle the maintenance and deal with whatever happens at two in the morning. Short lets or a long lease, whichever suits the building and suits you.

You are an owner. The choice is yours and you can decline it — the title is yours either way.

Terms are agreed in person when you visit the property.

Come for a visit

Every investor is invited to visit the assets they hold. Fund investors are hosted — accommodation provided, you cover your own travel and meals (except investors with over $50,000 portfolio). Direct owners have the whole trip arranged and covered.

You request a visit from inside your account, choosing from what you actually own.

Two visits a year.

Borrow against what you hold

Real assets are slow to sell, and life is not always slow. Rather than force you to break a holding, we lend against it — the ceiling comes from the value of your portfolio, and the terms are fixed and shown in full before you agree to anything.

Your holdings keep working while the loan runs.

Subject to eligibility. This is not a credit reference or an assessment of your wider finances.

One account, and no gatekeeper

Open an account, verify who you are, add funds and invest — online, in your own time, without waiting for a call back. A partner is available whenever you want one and required for nothing.

Your paperwork, permanently in reach

Statements, confirmations, valuations and title documents are filed in your account and stay there. Nothing to request, nothing to chase, nothing sitting in somebody's inbox.

Identity checked once, properly

We verify who you are before you invest, as any firm handling real money must. It is one submission, reviewed by a person, and then it is done — you are not asked again at every step.

Start here

What this firm is.

AssetPeak Capital was founded in 2004 around a simple idea: build wealth around assets that have a physical presence and a real economic purpose.

We develop and manage real estate. We operate within cocoa-producing regions with a primary focus on export. We produce and export wine from vineyard assets in established wine-producing regions.

Our three pillars are different businesses, but they share the same foundation: physical assets, productive operations and long-term ownership.

The Fund brings these pillars together in one diversified investment vehicle. Investors who prefer direct ownership can acquire qualifying assets separately and hold them in their own name.

We build. We operate. We manage. We invest.

The three pillars

What your money buys.

REAL ESTATE

Development · Management · Hospitality
We develop, own and manage residential, hospitality and industrial properties in Dubai and Bangkok.

Income is generated through sales, rentals, leases and hospitality operations(hotels, etc), while our development and management activities are focused on maintaining and growing the value of the underlying assets.

COCOA

Production · Sourcing · Export
Our cocoa operations are based in established producing regions in Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire.
Our primary focus is the production and export of cocoa for international markets, connecting agricultural production with established buyers and processors.

VINEYARDS

Wine Production · Export · Hospitality
Our vineyard operations span Maipo, Chile, and Mendoza, Argentina, two established wine-producing regions. We focus on vineyard assets, wine production and international export, with selected hospitality opportunities connected to the estates.

The three pillars operate independently. A change in residential demand does not determine a cocoa harvest, and a wine vintage does not depend on hotel occupancy in Bangkok. That separation is intentional: the Fund brings different real-economy activities together rather than relying on one source of income.

The two routes

The Fund, or a title of your own.

The Fund — from $5,000. Invest in one diversified, audited fund spanning real estate, cocoa and vineyards. Your investment accumulates profits automatically according to the terms of your selected plan. The value of your holding and accumulated returns are visible through your dashboard, with the applicable crediting period determined by the plan you choose. You are investing across all three pillars without having to select and manage individual assets yourself.

Direct acquisition — from $500,000. Acquire a qualifying asset directly, with ownership registered in your name. Following the acquisition, you can choose to place the asset under AssetPeak management or manage it independently. Where AssetPeak manages the asset, income generated through the applicable rental, lease, hospitality or industrial operation is paid to you according to the terms of the management arrangement.

You can also hold both: the Fund for diversification, and a direct acquisition when you want ownership of a specific asset.

Property management

Ownership without the day-to-day management.

Owning an asset in another country does not mean you have to manage every detail yourself.

If you choose AssetPeak management, our team can handle the operational work appropriate to the asset — from furnishing and marketing a property to managing tenants, leases, maintenance and hospitality operations.
The management arrangement depends on the asset and the way it generates income.

Management is optional. You can place the asset under AssetPeak management or retain responsibility for it yourself. The ownership remains yours either way.

How the money moves

From your bank to your holding, and back.

Your account separates available cash from your investments, so you can always see what is available and what is committed to a holding.

1. Add funds. Fund your account by USDT or bank transfer.

2. Invest. Choose a Fund plan or a qualifying direct acquisition and invest from your available balance.

3. Your holding generates value. Fund profits accrue according to your selected plan. Direct assets may generate income through rent, leases, hospitality, industrial operations or other applicable activities. Asset valuations are recorded separately.

4. Withdraw or reinvest. Available funds and credited income can be withdrawn or left in your account for reinvestment, subject to the applicable terms.

Deposit

Funding your account

Two ways to fund your account.

You can add funds by USDT or bank transfer. USDT payments are verified against the blockchain once received. Bank transfers are processed using payment details provided specifically for your transfer.

Verification

Why we verify you.

Before you invest, we need to know who you are. This protects your account, helps prevent fraud and allows us to meet our verification requirements.
You may be asked for your legal name, date of birth, address, nationality, country of residence, tax information and supporting identification documents.

Where required, we may also ask for information about the source of your funds.

Documents are deleted after verification.
Your identity documents are used to complete verification and are deleted from our server once verification is successfully completed. We retain only the verification records required to operate your account and meet applicable legal and compliance obligations.

Visits

THE VISITATION PROGRAMME

The part you can experience firsthand.

AssetPeak investors can visit the assets behind their investment. You can request up to two visits per year, choosing the dates that suit you. Our team coordinates the arrangements around the property, operation or acquisition you are visiting.

Fund investors

All Fund investors receive complimentary accommodation during qualifying investor visits. Investors with portfolios above $50,000 receive fully sponsored visits, including travel, accommodation and meals.

Direct acquisition investors

Following a direct acquisition, AssetPeak arranges the initial visit so you can travel to the property, receive the required ownership documents and complete the handover in person. Afterward, you can choose AssetPeak management or manage the property yourself.

Two visits per year

Investor visits can be requested through your account. Additional visits may be arranged separately.

Loans

Liquidity without selling.

Real assets are designed to be held for the long term, but circumstances change. Where borrowing is available to you, you may be able to raise funds against eligible holdings rather than selling the underlying asset. Your available borrowing amount, applicable rate, term and repayment schedule are shown before you agree to the facility.

Availability is subject to eligibility and the applicable terms.

Taking money out

How your investment generates and credits value.

For Fund investors, profits accrue automatically according to the selected investment plan. The applicable crediting period may be annual, biannual or another period specified by the plan. Your accumulated returns and current investment value are visible in your dashboard. For direct acquisitions, income depends on the asset and its operation. This may include rent, lease income, hospitality income or income generated by an industrial asset. Where AssetPeak manages the asset, the applicable income is credited according to the management and ownership terms agreed for that asset.

Withdrawals

Available funds can be requested for withdrawal to your bank account or USDT wallet, subject to the applicable review and processing procedures.
Charges

What we charge, and where you see it.

The charges applicable to your investment depend on the route you choose and the specific asset or Fund plan. For Fund investments, applicable management and other charges are disclosed in the relevant investment documents before you commit. For directly acquired assets managed by AssetPeak, the management arrangement and applicable charges are agreed for that specific asset.

Every applicable charge is shown clearly in your account and in the documents provided to you.

What you receive

Your records, always within reach.

Your account keeps the documents associated with your investment, including confirmations, statements, valuations and, where applicable, title documents. Fund holdings and directly acquired assets are clearly distinguished in your account. For direct acquisitions, the ownership documentation relates to the specific asset acquired in your name. Valuations are shown separately from cash credited to your account, so you can distinguish between a change in asset value and actual income received.

Risk

What can go wrong, and what we do about it.

Real assets are not risk-free. Property values can fall, tenants can leave, harvests can be affected by weather, commodity prices can change, currencies can move and assets can take time to sell. Which is why Insurance covers every sector of our investment.

Illiquidity

Real assets take time to sell. A property cannot be converted into cash simply because an investor requests it.

Valuation

Between transactions, an asset's value is an estimate rather than a live market price. Valuations can move in either direction.

Currency

Investments across multiple countries expose the portfolio to movements in exchange rates.

Commodity price

Cocoa and wine-related revenues can be affected by changes in global prices and demand.

Harvest and weather

Agricultural assets are exposed to weather, disease and harvest conditions.

Occupancy and operations

Property income depends on occupancy, tenants, leases and the successful operation of hospitality and industrial assets.

Political and legal

Assets held in foreign jurisdictions are subject to the laws, regulations and political conditions of those jurisdictions.

Counterparty

AssetPeak itself is a counterparty. The Fund and directly acquired assets have different ownership structures and should not be treated as the same legal interest.

Your account

The dashboard, screen by screen.

This section assumes nothing. If you have never used an account like this before, read it in order and you will be able to do everything without asking anybody.

There are no pictures here on purpose. This page is read in more than twenty languages, and a picture of a screen stays in English forever — so every button below is written out as real text, which means you are reading it in the same language you will see it on screen. Look for the symbol, then follow the numbers.

Overview

Overview — where you land

The first screen after you sign in, and the one to come back to. It answers three questions at a glance: what is everything worth, what is spendable right now, and is anything waiting for me.

  1. Portfolio value is everything you hold, at its current valuation. It moves when your assets are revalued or earn, not when you add money.

  2. Available is cash sitting in your account, ready to invest or withdraw today. Adding funds increases it; investing decreases it.

  3. If part of your balance is held, it is money committed to a withdrawal you have already requested. It is still yours; it is just spoken for.

  4. Below the balance sit shortcuts to the rest of your account. Anything needing your attention — an unfinished verification, a document to read — is marked here first.

Nothing on this screen can be changed by accident. It only ever reports.

Verification

Verification — do this first

Until your identity is verified you can look around, but you cannot invest or request a visit. It is one submission and it takes about ten minutes if your documents are to hand.

  1. Fill in your legal name exactly as it appears on your passport or ID — not a shortened version — then your date of birth, nationality, address and tax number.

    Save details

  2. Upload each document in turn. Photographs taken with a phone are fine as long as all four corners are in frame and the text is readable.

    Upload

  3. Uploaded something blurred or out of date? Upload it again — the newer file replaces the old one.

    Replace

  4. When everything is in, send it. Your details lock while it is being reviewed, so nothing changes underneath the person reading it.

    Submit for review

  5. You will be emailed when it is decided. If anything is wrong you are told exactly what, and you correct that one thing rather than starting again.

Your identity documents are used to complete verification and are deleted from our server once verification is successfully completed. We retain only the verification records required to operate your account and meet applicable legal and compliance obligations.

Add funds

Add funds — putting money in

Money goes into your balance first and is invested from there as a separate decision. So this screen is only about getting funds into the account — you are not committing to anything yet.

  1. Enter how much you want to add. You can add more than you intend to invest today; the rest simply waits.

  2. Choose how you are paying. USDT clears in minutes. Bank transfer takes a day or more and is reviewed by our system

  3. Continue. Nothing has been requested until you do, and you can go back and change any of it.

    Continue to payment

  4. Paying by USDT: you are shown a receiving address and the exact amount. Send from your wallet.

  5. Paying by bank transfer: Type the amount being sent. Our system reviews the request and the account details for that transfer will be displayed. Use those details, and no other.

AVOID SENDING MONEY TO INDIVIDUALS. ANY PAYMENT MUST BE DONE THROUGH THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE

  6. Watch the status. Confirming on-chain means we can see your payment and are waiting for the network to settle it — that is normal, not a problem.

  7. When it is confirmed the money appears in your available balance, and you can invest it.

Send the exact amount shown. It usually ends in an unusual few cents, and that is deliberate — it is what lets us match your payment to your account and nobody else's.

Invest

Invest — putting the balance to work

Two routes, shown as two tabs. Fund plans on one, individual properties on the other. Both spend from your available balance and both settle immediately.

  1. Your available balance is at the top of the screen. Everything below is bounded by it.

  2. For a fund plan: read across the cards. Each plan shows its applicable return structure, duration, minimum investment and other terms.

  3. Type the amount into the plan you want and confirm. It must be at least the minimum shown on that card.

    Invest

  4. For a property: switch tabs and choose from the list. The price fills in by itself — there is no amount to type, because a title costs what it costs.

  5. Confirm. The amount leaves your balance and the holding appears immediately.

    Acquire

Short of the minimum? The card says how much is needed and links straight to adding funds. Nothing is lost — come back and the plan is still there.

Holdings

Holdings — what you own

One row for every position: what it is, what you put in, what it is worth now, and the difference between the two.

  1. Fund positions are named for their plan. Property positions are named for the building, and link back to the listing so you can see the photographs and the address whenever you like.

  2. Your holding shows the amount invested, its current value and the value created or credited to date. Income and valuation changes are recorded separately where applicable

  3. A property you own is marked as yours, and removed from the public site too.

Holdings are what you own. Cash is on the Balance screen. The two are kept apart deliberately, so neither is ever counted twice.

Balance

Balance — your cash, and getting it out

Everything not currently invested. Income arrives here, and withdrawals leave from here.

  1. Available is what you can spend or withdraw now. Held is committed to a withdrawal you have already asked for.

  2. The activity list shows every movement — income, credited profits, investments, withdrawals and charges

  3. To take money out, open the withdrawal form and choose where it is going: a bank account or a USDT wallet. The two forms are separate because they need entirely different details.

    Withdraw

  4. To a wallet: choose the network first, then paste the address. An address for the wrong network cannot be recovered by anybody, so check it twice.

  5. To a bank: give the account name exactly as your bank holds it. It must match the name we verified.

  6. Send the request. The amount is held aside immediately while our system reviews the request, and you can see where it has got to at any time.

    Request withdrawal

  7. Changed your mind? Cancel it while it is still awaiting review and the money returns to available at once.

Withdrawals are reviewed by our system rather than sent automatically. It takes a little time and it is the reason a stolen password cannot empty your account. Once a review is completed, the withdrawal is processed immediately

Transactions

Transactions — the full record

Every movement of money, in order, with nothing summarised away. This is the screen to open when a figure somewhere else surprises you.

  1. Each line says what happened, on what date, and for how much. Money in is shown as a credit; money out as a debit.

  2. Investments appear twice by design — once leaving your cash, once arriving as a holding. Both halves of the same move are visible rather than one of them being assumed.

  3. Charges appear as their own lines, named, on the day they were taken. Nothing is quietly netted off inside another figure.

If your balance is not what you expected, the answer is always on this screen. If it is not, write to us — and we will find it.

Loans

Loan — raising cash without selling

Where borrowing is offered, this screen shows what you could raise against your holdings, and why that figure is what it is. If you do not see it in your menu, it is not currently available.

  1. Your score sits at the top, broken into the components that produced it. Each shows what it contributed and what would improve it.

  2. Below it is the ceiling: your portfolio value multiplied by your band's percentage, less anything already outstanding.

  3. Enter the amount and the term you want. The rate, the total repayable and every instalment are shown before you agree to anything.

  4. Read the terms, tick to accept, and apply. A person decides it.

    Apply

  5. Once approved, the money is paid into your balance and the schedule appears with every instalment, its date and its amount. You can also withdraw to your bank account.

Your terms are fixed at approval and written onto the loan. If we change our rates afterwards, your agreement does not change with them.

Visits

Visits — going to see it

You can request up to two visits each year and choose the dates that suit you. Our team will coordinate the arrangements and advise if a particular asset or seasonal operation requires a different date.

  1. Choose which of your holdings you want to visit. The list is your own portfolio — there is nothing here you do not have a stake in.

  2. Give a rough window rather than exact dates. Harvests, vintages and handovers move, and we will suggest the best time to be there.

  3. Say how many are travelling, and anything we should know — access needs, dietary requirements, a language you would prefer.

  4. Send it. Somebody answers, and the status on this screen tells you where it stands.

    Request a visit

If you own a property outright, the management arrangement is settled during this visit — in the building, with the person who will be running it.

Documents

Documents — your paperwork

Everything issued to you, filed and kept. Statements, confirmations, valuations, title documents.

  1. New documents are marked, and the count appears beside Documents in the menu until you have opened them.

  2. Open or download any of them at any time. They do not expire and they are not removed.

  3. You are emailed when something new is filed, so you do not have to keep checking.

Documents are served only to the account they belong to. A link copied out of your account will not open for anybody else.

Profile

Profile — your details and your security

Your name, your phone number, your password, and the list of devices signed in to your account.

  1. Update your details and save. Your email address is the one thing you cannot change here — changing the address on an account that holds money needs both mailboxes verified, so write to us and we will arrange it.

    Save details

  2. Change your password whenever you like. Use one you do not use anywhere else.

  3. Turn on two-factor sign-in. We then email a six-digit code whenever your account is opened from a device we have not seen before. We strongly recommend leaving it on.

    Turn on

  4. Check the signed-in devices. Anything you do not recognise: sign it out and change your password immediately.

We will never email you asking for your password, and never ask for it on the telephone. If somebody does, it is not us.

Questions

The things people ask.

Asked the way they are actually asked, and answered in the first sentence.

Getting started

Do I have to speak to somebody before I can invest?

No. Open an account, verify your identity, add funds and invest — entirely online, in your own time. A partner is available whenever you want one and is required for nothing.

What is the smallest amount I can start with?

Investing in the Fund starts from $5,000. Direct acquisition starts from $500,000.

How long does verification take?

A person reads every submission, usually within a couple of working days. You are emailed when it is decided, and told exactly what is wrong if anything is.

Can I invest from any country?

Yes you can

Money

How do I pay?

USDT or bank transfer. USDT clears in minutes. Bank transfers can be requested.

How do Fund profits work?

Profits accrue automatically according to the terms of your selected Fund plan. The applicable crediting period may be annual, biannual or another period specified by the plan. Your accumulated returns and current investment value are visible in your dashboard.

When do I get paid?

Fund investors are paid according the terms of their selected plan.

Can I take my money out whenever I want?

Yes, you can withdraw funds in your AVAILABLE BALANCE any time. But invested capital can only be withdrawn once liquidated. Real assets are slow to sell, and we would rather be blunt about that now than apologetic about it later.

Why does a withdrawal need to be reviewed?

Because a platform that pays out automatically is one stolen password away from being emptied. The review is what stands between your balance and somebody who is not you.

Owning a property

Is the title actually in my name?

Yes, for a direct acquisition, ownership of the specific qualifying property is registered in your name, subject to the applicable local legal structure and documentation.

Do I have to let AssetPeak manage it?

No. Management is optional. You can appoint AssetPeak to manage the asset or manage it yourself.

How do I earn from the property?

That depends on the asset. Income may come from rent, leases, hospitality operations or industrial activity. Where AssetPeak manages the asset, the applicable income is paid to you according to the agreed management terms.

How are the management terms agreed?

In person, when you visit the property you have bought.

Can I use the property myself?

Yes, It is your property.

Can I sell it?

Yes — it is yours to sell. Tell us and we will help you find a buyer.

Visits

How often can I visit?

Up to two visits per year. You request them through your account and choose the dates that suit you.

What is covered?

All investors receive complimentary accommodation during qualifying investor visits. Investors with portfolios above $50,000 receive fully sponsored visits, including travel, accommodation and meals. Direct acquisition investors receive an initial post-purchase visit arranged by AssetPeak for the property handover and document delivery.

Borrowing

How much can I borrow?

Your portfolio value multiplied by your band's percentage, less anything already outstanding. It is secured by holdings we already have — it is not a judgement about your income, and we make none.

Is this a credit check?

No. It is not a credit reference, it is not reported anywhere, and it makes no assessment of your finances outside this account.

Why can I not see the borrowing screens?

Borrowing is not offered on every account or in every jurisdiction. If it is not in your menu, it is not currently available to you.

Security and trust

What happens if AssetPeak stops existing?

A title registered in your name is unaffected — it is your property, recorded by the land registry of the country it is in, not by us. A Fund holding is an interest in the asset rather than in this firm.

Can you move my crypto?

No. The processor is configured to receive payments and does not hold signing keys for the wallets used to receive them.

Will you ever ask me for my password?

Never — not by email, not by telephone, not by message. If somebody does, it is not us.

Something not answered here?
